Delivery, charitable contributions and returns

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 working days, and delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Virtual impact gifts such as the Medical Travel Pass are delivered by email as a digital certificate. Nothing is posted.

Our prices include a charitable contribution. After the cost of making and sending each item, profits fund travel grants, specialist equipment and direct financial help for sick and low-income children.

If you are not happy with your order, you can return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please email info@childreninneed.org.uk with your order number first.

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including the original delivery cost.

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.
