This website is operated by Children in Need Fund, a registered charity in England and Wales (No. 287866). We are an independent charity and are not connected with BBC Children in Need.

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Content, images and logos on this site belong to Children in Need Fund or are used under licence and must not be copied without permission.

Donations are gifts and are generally non-refundable. If you make an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will help put it right. We use donations to further our charitable purposes and may use restricted gifts for similar purposes where the original purpose cannot be met.

Virtual gifts such as the Medical Travel Pass are symbolic. Your money funds our general travel grant work; no physical item is sent, and a digital certificate is emailed instead.

We take care to keep information on this website accurate, but we cannot guarantee it is always complete or up to date. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
